Studio Loft One is architecturally designed, a unique layout, built in 'reverse' to harness treetop living & the peaceful rooftop terrace. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, unique and art filled interiors add the final touch to this special stay.

Perched in the heart of North Adelaide, a stone’s throw from the city centre, our lofts are a little pocket of city charm, where the hum of bustling streets meets the occasional whoosh of a plane overhead. Nestled conveniently close to the airport, you can touch down and be unwinding in no time.

~ The Ground Floor ~
Offers two spacious bedrooms with luxurious king-sized beds and hotel-quality linens, sleeping a maximum of 4. The master bedroom features a beautifully designed ensuite with a walk-in shower, while the main bathroom, bathed in soft natural light from the internal light court, includes a full-size bath—a perfect spot to unwind. Mindful storage allows you to settle in and truly feel at home.

~ The First Floor ~
You will find an inviting open plan living, dining, and kitchen area, thoughtfully designed around a serene internal light court. Cozy nooks and perches throughout set the tone for restful moments and easy relaxation.
Step onto the front balcony for alfresco dining or head up another flight of stairs to the rooftop terrace—a dreamy retreat with swinging chairs that invites you to unwind under the open sky.

You will also find a full-size laundry with separate washer and dryer and a separate toilet.

North Adelaide invites you to wander leisurely - enjoying local eateries & people watching over coffee or wine, stroll to the local park or a bit further to the Adelaide botanical gardens or the city for a touch of retail therapy. Right on your doorstop is a brand-new North Adelaide icon, ‘The Cottage Kitchen’ - open all day and for dinner. Pop down for your morning coffee and a bite to eat, or if you prefer, enjoy your tasty treats in house at Studio Loft.

~ Studio Loft One is all yours to enjoy, with private access for a truly magical stay.

~ Studio Loft One and Two are side by side, each with its own private entrance for your convenience. Access is via keypad, code is provided morning of check-in.

~ Parking ~
We offer one amazing secure parking space in a nearby garage—just a minute’s walk from the loft ~ directions and parking remote can be found just inside the front door on the shelf. Street parking is available but has time limits (1-2 hours, especially on weekdays).

~ Other things to note ~
~ Studio Loft spans two floors, with stairs leading to the first floor and an additional flight to the rooftop terrace.
